Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success or similar role with book of business ownership
  • Ideal experience maintaining $5M in business
  • Able to demonstrate ownership of outcomes, not just tasks - seeing issues through to resolution with limited oversight
  • Business development mentality and proven experience in revenue-generating roles
  • Ability to manage priorities across a large and diverse book of business
  • Good time management skills with a problem-solving approach

Responsibilities

  • Grow and retain revenue generated from Enterprise relationships in your book of business
  • Manage relationships with midsize service professionals in the industry
  • Collaborate with corporate partners of mid-size franchise networks on marketing strategies to help their members successfully use Angi
  • Identify growth areas by analyzing partner performance and understanding their bottom line and growth initiatives
  • Deliver on quarterly revenue growth goals through revenue retention and upselling activities
  • Think strategically to identify tailored opportunities with proactive outreach and offer solutions to maximize Angi products & services
  • Deeply understand Pro key performance metrics (e.g., appointment set rate, cost of marketing, Angi performance against goals)
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers and solutions are provided to partners
  • Develop client relationships by helping them identify new growth opportunities
  • Review reports to determine strategy effectiveness and make changes (e.g., increase spend targets, coverage areas, communication preferences)
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all partner matters
  • Meet with partners regularly to provide guidance, understand market trends, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., close rates, sales funnel process, busy seasons)
  • Communicate progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate account status to management, including risks, opportunities, and anomalies
