Requirements

  • Numerous years of strategic selling experience in a B-to-B sales environment
  • Prior experience and solid track record in a sales role in medical business
  • Experience in working in an international environment and matrix organization
  • Experience in sales management and opportunity assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Scientific, Engineering, or related bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Willingness to travel intensively

Responsibilities

  • Sell Leica Medical Solutions to public and private hospitals/clinics to deliver sustainable market share gain and profitable revenue growth
  • Work in coordination with other functional departments (Customer Service, Marketing, Service, HR, Finance, and Legal) to align support required to meet targets
  • Develop and execute local business strategy according to EMEA guidelines and deliver sustainable growth and significant share win based on deep understanding of local market dynamics, future trends, and competitive landscape
  • Research and identify opportunities in line with strategic directives to generate sales, increase installed base penetration, upsell existing contracts, and expand the portfolio of solutions sold
  • Use Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools, implement Daily Work and Standard Management on Funnel Management and Forecasting
