Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact to understand their needs and requirements
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients, aiming to increase revenue and client lifetime value
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service, product, operations) to ensure timely delivery of solutions and resolve client issues effectively
Monitor client satisfaction, conduct regular check-ins, and address feedback or concerns promptly
Track and report on client-related metrics (e.g., sales performance, retention rates) to management, and adjust strategies based on data
Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of products/services
