Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact to understand their needs and requirements
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients, aiming to increase revenue and client lifetime value
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service, product, operations) to ensure timely delivery of solutions and resolve client issues effectively
  • Monitor client satisfaction, conduct regular check-ins, and address feedback or concerns promptly
  • Track and report on client-related metrics (e.g., sales performance, retention rates) to management, and adjust strategies based on data
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of products/services
