Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day management of key accounts, delivering Always-On social and strategic campaigns
Act as the bridge between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring clear communication, proactive expectation management, and on-time delivery
Own client meetings, weekly status calls, and quarterly business reviews, presenting insights, strategies, and creative recommendations
Benchmark globally and regionally to identify best-in-class practices, providing proactive recommendations
Manage contracts, invoices, and credit control with Account Director support
Play a supporting role in pitches and business development across accounts and the agency
Understand the client’s business, goals, and challenges
Contribute to campaign strategies, content plans, and creative briefs
Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes or propose new ideas
Track the success of campaigns using analytics and KPIs
Prepare performance reports and present insights to clients
Suggest improvements for future initiatives based on data
Support new business workflows, including pitch strategy, proposal development, and client presentations
Vet and qualify leads, supporting business development efforts to land new accounts and upsell existing clients
Spend non-billable time networking and building industry relationships that contribute to long-term revenue growth
Maintain and update client details and activity in CRM
Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and strategically position Tactical as an innovation partner
