Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day management of key accounts, delivering Always-On social and strategic campaigns
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring clear communication, proactive expectation management, and on-time delivery
  • Own client meetings, weekly status calls, and quarterly business reviews, presenting insights, strategies, and creative recommendations
  • Benchmark globally and regionally to identify best-in-class practices, providing proactive recommendations
  • Manage contracts, invoices, and credit control with Account Director support
  • Play a supporting role in pitches and business development across accounts and the agency
  • Understand the client’s business, goals, and challenges
  • Contribute to campaign strategies, content plans, and creative briefs
  • Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes or propose new ideas
  • Track the success of campaigns using analytics and KPIs
  • Prepare performance reports and present insights to clients
  • Suggest improvements for future initiatives based on data
  • Support new business workflows, including pitch strategy, proposal development, and client presentations
  • Vet and qualify leads, supporting business development efforts to land new accounts and upsell existing clients
  • Spend non-billable time networking and building industry relationships that contribute to long-term revenue growth
  • Maintain and update client details and activity in CRM
  • Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and strategically position Tactical as an innovation partner
