Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred—or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in manufactured housing components
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
  • Manufacturing or engineered components background preferred

  • Own the Customer Experience: Troubleshoot issues, ensure timely communication, and follow through on commitments
  • Manage Territory Performance: Monitor trends, track market activity, and help shape local sales strategy
  • Keep Things on Track: Contribute to inventory counts, manage accounts receivable, and prepare sales reports
