Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or extensive market experience, native-level Lithuanian and strong English skills (both spoken and written), excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, a personable demeanor, and customer-oriented work approach.
The Account Manager will define, implement, and drive customer engagement plans, oversee and expand business with dedicated customers, develop strategies and programs to grow the business and capture market share, strengthen relationships and build competitive knowledge with customers, negotiate strategic business at various (management) levels at customers, collaborate with local colleagues, ensure coordination with other departments to optimize service for the customer base, and participate in customer visits and associated travel activities.
