Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Focus on lead qualification and closure for successful sales to Tier 2 clients
  • Sell products/services directly or via partners to the provided target account list in the designated team/squad
  • Involve specialists as needed for particular sales aspects
  • Develop solution proposals covering all application aspects
  • Manage sales via forecasting, account resource requesting, strategy, and planning
  • Participate in developing, presenting, and selling value propositions
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales
  • Maintain client relationships by collaborating with other Mid-Market Account Managers to sell and ensure account health
  • Cross-sell for existing accounts on complicated deals as required (e.g., renegotiations)
  • Achieve numeric sales quotas (% accomplishment of quarterly/annual KPIs via CRM data)
  • Approach customers (# of related products promoted, # of leads converted to opportunities quarterly, # of target customers identified)
  • Generate new opportunities
  • Ensure reporting efficiency through timely and accurate CRM updates (clean data)
  • Build relationships and networks
