Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned ESF house accounts (e.g., ESF Nursing), managing relationships and ensuring consistent engagement
Handle low-revenue accounts (under $1,000), monitor growth opportunities, and flag accounts for potential transition
Conduct customer outreach via phone or Zoom to assess needs, generate interest, and qualify leads
Escalate digital product interest to partner Sales Executives and set appointments when appropriate
Respond to customer inquiries, including desk copy requests, support issues, and general questions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including account activity and lead status
Assist with non-selling tasks such as tracking custom packages and supporting administrative processes
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., ESF Nursing) to align strategy and territory planning on account
Participate in territory reviews and contribute to pipeline development and lead generation efforts
Support year-over-year sales growth through strategic outreach and relationship building
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned to support team and business objectives
