Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred but not required (2nd year level, no back subjects)
  • Must have at least 2 years of working experience in B2B Sales/Inside Sales
  • Excellent communicator (both written and verbal), and strong presentation skills
  • Solid working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Account Renewal or Retention experience
  • Sales demo presentation
  • Additional Requirements for Internal Candidates: Must be in current role for 1 year; Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months; Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months; Must have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned ESF house accounts (e.g., ESF Nursing), managing relationships and ensuring consistent engagement
  • Handle low-revenue accounts (under $1,000), monitor growth opportunities, and flag accounts for potential transition
  • Conduct customer outreach via phone or Zoom to assess needs, generate interest, and qualify leads
  • Escalate digital product interest to partner Sales Executives and set appointments when appropriate
  • Respond to customer inquiries, including desk copy requests, support issues, and general questions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including account activity and lead status
  • Assist with non-selling tasks such as tracking custom packages and supporting administrative processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., ESF Nursing) to align strategy and territory planning on account
  • Participate in territory reviews and contribute to pipeline development and lead generation efforts
  • Support year-over-year sales growth through strategic outreach and relationship building
  • Perform other sales-related duties as assigned to support team and business objectives
