Candidates should possess at least three years of experience in account management, demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present effectively to senior leadership. They should also have strong time and process management skills, experience developing client-facing reports with actionable insights, and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for client day-to-day communication and oversight, crafting agendas, hosting weekly meetings, and tracking action items for key accounts. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay informed about business initiatives, project manage catalog updates and marketing campaigns, analyze account performance, create presentations, and work with product and engineering on client feedback and bug resolutions. Furthermore, they will assist with onboarding new acquisition clinics, nurture corporate relationships to build trust, and potentially travel for client-facing events.
