Requirements

Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools (e.g., HubSpot). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies. A customer-focused approach is essential.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for car dealer customers, ensuring client satisfaction. Master the platform's features and capabilities. Onboard new dealers and stay in contact through their first buying experience. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting dealer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services/products and collaborate with the outside sales team to drive revenue growth. Maintain consistent buying/selling from dealers within your portfolio. Address dealer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor and report on account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve results. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product, to align client objectives with company goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, agreements, and account plans. Adapt and adjust role as needed and requested by the leadership team. Make difficult calls and resolve conflicts.
