Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • +5 years of experience in technical sales in manufacturing environments, ideally in F&B processing industry
  • F&B market and technical expertise (Food technology)
  • Flexibility for overnight travel as needed
  • Customer service skills with the ability to problem solve and devise customer solutions (optional)
  • Self-motivated with effective organizational/time management skills (optional)
  • Ability to target accounts and achieve results through an action plan (optional)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook (optional)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the market, customers, competitors to identify relevant Risks and Opportunities to achieve the yearly TOP LINE plan
  • Build and monitor pipeline for compounds and equipment
  • Generate conversion-gains
  • Retain to Win (RtW) to deliver top line targets
  • Manage margin to deliver the gross profit plan
  • Deliver VALUE to meet customers contract requirements
  • Promote Innovation to customers in commercial meetings
