Responsibilities

  • Gemeinsam mit Kunden individuelle Geschäftspläne und Vertriebsstrategien entwickeln
  • Vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu neuen und bestehenden Kunden aufbauen und langfristig pflegen
  • Vertriebsgebiet aktiv mitgestalten und Umsatz- und Wachstumsziele erreichen
  • Markttrends und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen beobachten und regelmäßig mit dem Vertriebsleiter teilen
  • Kundenbedürfnisse aufgreifen und durch maßgeschneiderte Maßnahmen sowie Optimierung von Vertriebsaktivitäten erfüllen
  • Bestandskunden betreuen und gezielt neue Geschäftspartner gewinnen
