Requirements

  • 10+ years selling to leadership in manufacturing and/or IT within life sciences organizations
  • Proven background in marketing industrial hardware, software, and services for life sciences
  • Familiarity with process control technologies such as: Emerson DeltaV DCS, Emerson Syncade MES, AspenTech, PLCs, Analytics, AI/ML, Data Lakes, Operational Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Industry 5.0, IIoT
  • Prior operations or engineering experience in life sciences manufacturing
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Expand business within assigned accounts by promoting IT and automation services
  • Track CapEx and OpEx spending to uncover new projects and initiatives
  • Develop account plans and sales strategies aligned with customer success factors
  • Work cross-functionally to identify and pursue opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and consistently achieve quarterly and annual targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high standards of interaction
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
  • Cultivate strong industry connections to expand territory and influence
