Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned Tier 1 clients to ensure overall customer health and business growth, regularly sharing Infobip’s strategy and roadmap
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding their business and technical expectations, managing technical escalations and driving product and service adoption
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Success, Sales Engineers, Platform Operations, Revenue Assurance, etc.) to deliver timely solutions tailored to client needs
  • Understand clients’ organizational structures and processes related to selecting and implementing new solutions
  • Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs focused on gross profit, margins, and cross-sell opportunities to drive business growth
  • Ensure proper client account setup in cooperation with CPaaS Registrations and Platform Operations, enabling smooth client operations
  • Monitor and take proactive measures to minimize financial and operational risks in collaboration with Revenue Assurance
  • Analyze and forecast client traffic, making data-driven decisions to sustain growth and maximize revenue
  • Provide constructive feedback and support improvements in Infobip’s internal tools for account management, traffic monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Influence Infobip’s customer experience by continuously representing the client perspective internally
