About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our expanding team, working with UK brands across a wide variety of briefs including social media content, video production, strategy, and digital assets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving multiple complex projects forward, a positive and proactive nature, and the ability to support senior clients onsite and bring in new business. You should possess meticulous attention to detail, understand project profitability for the agency, and demonstrate competence in the day-to-day management of clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for FMCG/Beauty and Personal brands, providing excellent client service and supporting the onsite U-Studio team.
• Collaborate with the wider account team and the studio, including digital designers and the Studio Manager.
• Be accountable for project briefs, working with clients to ensure the team has the necessary information to commence work.
• Report and manage operational income for projects accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely billing and report revenue to the Group Account Director.
• Work with the studio to manage timing plans.

Requirements

• Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize, influence clients, and build strong working relationships.
• Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrable account management experience with a proven track record of managing global clients and campaigns.
• Ability to effectively and proactively manage account finances and invoicing.
• Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and contribute practically to the design studio output.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and other related software.
• Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team while maintaining top-tier agency service.
• Passion for and inquisitiveness about AI and new technologies.
• Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but the ability to learn and digest the benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
