This is a field-based position in the St. Augustine, FL territory, and candidates should live within the territory. It requires travel and some evening work for educational programs.
An undergraduate degree (BS/BA) is required, along with 3-10 years of documented and successful consultative sales experience. Success in previous roles driving sales performance and animal health experience with knowledge of small animal veterinary medicine are also needed.
Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. The ability to exercise good judgment and make thoughtful decisions is also essential.
Candidates must work with all Zoetis Petcare colleagues in a professional manner, consistently meeting expectations around integrity/compliance, work-ethic, role/responsibility, conduct/attire, effective communication, administrative responsibilities, and overall teamwork.
A strong candidate has 3-10 years of consultative sales experience, animal health knowledge, the ability to work independently and in a team, results-oriented mindset, and skills in territory management and solution selling.
