Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversight
  • Craft agendas, host weekly meetings, and stay on top of action items for key accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure you’re up to speed on the latest business initiatives
  • Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests for key accounts
  • Analyze account performance and create presentations to deliver performance updates and optimization opportunities
  • Work with product and engineering on client feedback loop, bug identification and resolutions
  • Work with onboarding and implementation to on-board new acquisition clinics
  • Nurture Corporate relationships to drive affinity, loyalty, and trust in the Vetcove HD platform
