Requirements

  • At least 3+ years client facing account management and operations experience in digital/programmatic media
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, rolling up sleeves for campaign strategies and executions
  • Strategic thinking to create opportunities for clients and Quantcast
  • Enjoy technical troubleshooting (e.g., pixel implementation), identifying solutions, and making recommendations for client value
  • Passionate about programmatic media with interest in diverse Australian clients (agencies and direct)
  • Keen to grow presentation skills, comfortable with public speaking and facilitating client conversations
  • Proven experience working with campaign reporting and analytics

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for servicing clients, managing end-to-end campaigns (delivery, troubleshooting, reporting, optimisations, recommendations) to solve business problems
  • Develop account strategies to maximize advertiser spend and drive long-term retainer relationships
  • Drive onboarding for new accounts in managed services and self-serve
  • Consult with clients on business/brand objectives, develop best-practice campaign setups and data-driven analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Operations Support, Engineering) to ensure campaign success and SLA alignment
  • Provide platform support, troubleshooting technical issues with specialists for internal/external customers
