Candidates need a bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental science, or water treatment-related fields; 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial water treatment or food/beverage manufacturing; experience with project bidding and accounts receivable management; strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, stress resistance, and interest in customer development.
Responsibilities include sales, promotion, and service of industrial water treatment chemicals in sectors like food, pharmaceuticals, lithium batteries, automotive, and hotels; developing new customers, managing client needs, recommending solutions, handling pricing and competitors, project progress, collections, and supporting field service teams.
Strong candidates have relevant technical education, proven B2B sales experience in industrial water treatment or manufacturing, bidding and collections expertise, and personal traits like reliability, proactivity, stress resilience, excellent communication, and passion for market expansion.
