Chemical engineering, environmental science, water treatment or related science/engineering bachelor's degree or above
5+ years of B2B sales experience; preference for familiarity with industrial water treatment processes or sales experience with food & beverage or other manufacturing clients
Experience with project bidding processes and accounts receivable management
Steadfast and stable personality, high work enthusiasm and proactivity, strong stress resistance
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, strong interest in customer development and market expansion
Responsibilities
Handle sales, promotion, and service of industrial water treatment chemicals in sectors like food, pharmaceuticals, lithium batteries, automotive manufacturing, hotels, etc., within the assigned region, and achieve sales targets
Develop new customers in relevant industries
Plan and organize daily work, maintain good communication with existing and potential customers
Analyze and manage customer needs, recommend water treatment solutions to customers based on team strategic plans, and manage product pricing and competitor activities
Manage customer project progress, collaborate with sales operations team, and track customer payments
Guide and support field service colleagues in completing technical services
