This is a full-time onsite role requiring presence in our SF or New York offices 5 days a week, with regular travel to customer sites across the country, expecting 2-3 trips per month of 2-3 days each.
Responsibilities include kickoff and strategic alignment with customers, owning the technical implementation lifecycle, planning go-live events and change management, and conducting analytics, feedback, and ongoing management through monthly reviews.
Strong candidates are proactive, customer-obsessed, willing to learn, and able to transform user feedback into actions for the engineering team, with the role being extremely product-facing.
