Requirements

  • Bachelor (or above) degree in Business/Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in account management, sales, business development, partnerships or equivalent role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
  • Ability to liaise with C-suite/Senior Management/Key decision makers (desirable)
  • Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to lead complex, multi-faceted deals
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Competitive edge and ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Self-starter and independent, with ability to manage own time and priorities
  • Highly independent with excellent team-working skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of Action Sales Plan
  • Assists or drives new initiatives, especially in new product/service launches with speed and effectiveness to financial institutions or business corporations
  • Responsibility for the sales process from initial point of contact, presentations, proposals, through contract negotiations and execution
  • Meet/exceed minimum monthly and annual sales objectives
  • Canvassing for new accounts, develop customer base, appraise key business opportunities in market segments
  • Responsible for the effective management and servicing of existing and potential customers including the development and growth of accounts to optimize profits
  • Responsible for key accounts management and development of strategic relationships with corporate clients to ensure continuous repeat business
  • Responsible for realizing the committed revenue targets
  • Identify opportunities to link up with financial institutions or other targeted segments through back-end integration and work closely with clients and IT to ensure implementation and completion of projects
  • Actively participate in events, conferences, seminars or other promotional activities
  • Respond promptly and decisively to customers’ requirements through effective communication and co-ordination with various internal departments
  • Other projects or matters assigned to support revenue targets
