Requirements

  • 3–5 years account management experience in B2B subscription/analytics (SaaS or DaaS background required)
  • Arabic speaker with fluency in English is required
  • French language skills would be a strong advantage
  • Proven record of hitting retention, upsell, and cross-sell quotas
  • Consultative, relationship-driven with strong negotiation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to demonstrate client ROI
  • Strong consultative selling and value articulation skills
  • High energy, disciplined pipeline management
  • Strong commercial negotiation capability (pricing, T&Cs, multi-year agreements)

Responsibilities

  • Own a defined portfolio of accounts with full accountability for retention and growth
  • Develop structured account plans, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Facilitate regular business reviews, ensuring value recognition and reinforcement
  • Partner with Editors, Consultants, and Client Specialists to elevate client experience and strengthen client outcomes
  • Serve as role model and mentor for junior account managers
  • Continuously identify whitespace and unmet needs within accounts and collaborate closely with Sales Specialists (BDMs) to co-develop and execute expansion strategies that drive sustainable account growth
