Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Science or Food Science
  • Minimum 5 years solid industry experience, including diversified experience in sales, channel management, etc
  • Familiar with Analysis market, key industry companies preferred
  • Can manage multi-projects efficiently; plan and perform work in accordance with client requirements and professional standards
  • Ability to independently negotiate with channel partners, within given guidelines and objectives
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High level presentation skills, strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation and influencing skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic area sales plans and forecasts to achieve business objectives for CMD instruments (IC, LC, LC-QQQ, GC, GC-QQQ, DFS, Orbitrap, AA, ICP, ICP-MS and Sample Prep)
  • Generate existing and/or new sales for assigned named accounts or assigned geographic territory, scientific research markets, or identify and recruit strategic partners to embed and/or resell company CMD products
  • Promote and sell products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and inform customers of new product introductions
  • Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans
  • Develop customers and maintain their satisfaction
  • Maintain positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers
  • Lead projects requiring coordination with other functions or organizations
  • Solve a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity
  • Proactively act to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively create business opportunities
  • Determine and develop approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/strategies
