Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving adoption, renewals, and expansion within a customer base
  • Skilled at managing escalations and negotiating positive outcomes for both customers and the business
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical, organized, and highly collaborative - thrive in cross-functional environments
  • Tech-savvy; familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the success, retention, and expansion of healthcare facility customers
  • Act as a trusted partner to accounts, proactively guiding customer strategy
  • Run recurring business reviews with customers to measure success and identify gaps
  • Identify and nurture upsell opportunities within your book of business
  • Drive customer renewals and achieve retention and renewal targets
  • Build a cadence of proactive customer touchpoints to drive engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Clinical Ops teams to resolve customer needs and escalate issues
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve operational and staffing goals
  • Develop a feedback loop with Product and Clinical Ops teams to share customer insights
  • Expand existing accounts through consultative upselling
  • Occasional travel (local and overnight) to meet clients and promote Medely
  • Play a leadership role in improving Medely’s account management playbook and mentoring new team members
