Responsibilities

Follow organizational policies and procedures and maintain clear communication within the organization to meet customer requirements
Consult with dealers and internal business partners on sales and service support for “corporate account” customers
Design processes for informing customers of rates, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and additional information
Work directly with customers to collect information, sell additional products and services, and ensure needs are met
Oversee and coordinate all sales and various solution programs for a significant client or specific client group
