Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the sales process by building and leading implementation plans for accounts
  • Ensure successful go-live by coordinating internal teams, organizing training, and ensuring adoption
  • Manage a portfolio of partners, nurture relationships, and organize quarterly business reviews
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and develop execution strategies
  • Provide continued customer support, triaging issues and delegating to internal resources
