The role requires travel with anticipated field time at least four days per week, developing and maintaining accounts through personal visits.
A minimum of three years of sales or distribution experience is required, preferably in foodservice or related, with excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service, and presentation abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing is preferred, along with experience in restaurant operations.
The position involves no direct supervision but leads efforts of the Customer Service Representative and Account Coordinator as a unified sales team, and is ultimately responsible for their results relative to assigned accounts.
Strong candidates will have 3+ years of sales experience in foodservice, a sustained record of sales achievement, complete knowledge of sales policies/products/services, and skills in leading teams to achieve sales plans and profitability.
