Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience prospecting for new business and expanding existing relationships and revenue opportunities
  • Background in financial services and mortgage industry sales
  • Experience developing new business through remote outreach and cold calling
  • Experience implementing sales strategies focusing on securing new logos
  • Knowledge of consumer credit reporting marketplace
  • Willingness to volunteer for activities as a member of a teamed account selling approach
  • Experience operating within a teamed selling approach

Responsibilities

  • Sell verification solutions to mortgage clients
  • Secure new business by following up on appointments set by Business Development Resources and doing outbound prospecting
  • Increase Experian verifications revenue by managing and closing opportunities with prospects in the housing industry
  • Consult with client decision makers to understand their current employment and income verification routines, comprehend needs, and present solutions
  • Develop market plan to optimize client engagement, expand opportunity pipeline and secure new business
  • Work with large volume of potential clients and manage strategy to maximize time
  • Partner with Marketing, Business Development Resources, Product and other team members to grow verification revenue
  • Identify product-cross sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Provide customer intelligence to sales and marketing functions to position offerings
  • Partner with Client Support Specialist to onboard and credential clients
  • Communicate client account maintenance needs and requests to team members
  • Maintain contact with product and service users to enhance client relationships
  • Report to Sales Leadership
