Requirements

  • 2-3 years of previous experience in a Sales role
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish
  • Ideally B2B sales experience, preferably with a SaaS company
  • Ability to create a high-touch strategy that suits each prospect (Soft selling method)
  • Located ideally in Barcelona or Madrid
  • B0-C1 level range

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects to turn them into happy Alan customers
  • Find leads, supported by BDRs
  • Understand the needs of prospects
  • Present the product
  • Drive sales
  • Manage key customer relationships until contract signing
  • Make the prospect experience pleasant, instructive, and delightful using relevant messaging and materials (Smart selling)
  • Challenge and contribute to improving products, methods, strategy, and other projects to grow the customer base
  • Act as a team player beyond the role
