Position Overview

Deel is seeking high-performing Account Executives to join our team and drive sales for our all-in-one payroll and HR platform. As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in meeting the growing demand for Deel's services by managing an assigned SMB territory, engaging with inbound leads, and executing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of sales presentations, prioritizing time management and efficient handling of non-selling responsibilities.
  • Achieve maximum account penetration and sales within an assigned SMB territory.
  • Manage the inbound demo queue and own the SMB inbound sales process.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Master qualification and value-based selling using Command of the Message strategies.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce (SFDC) data, including accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Stay knowledgeable and up-to-date on the product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide feedback on market opportunities and trends to contribute to Deel’s long-term SMB strategy.
  • Attend industry events and leverage partnerships and marketing content to support SMB top-of-funnel activities.

  • Consultative Selling: Utilize proven sales methodologies to strategically identify new business opportunities, engage stakeholders, and close deals.
  • Discovery: Demonstrate curiosity by asking intelligent questions to gain meaningful insights, probe effectively to uncover pain points, and elicit new ideas.
  • Storytelling: Capture audience attention, maintain engagement, establish connections, and build trust through compelling narratives.
  • Explaining: Present subject matter in a simplified, understandable manner that enables the audience to grasp and relay the information.
  • Coachability: Possess the ability to learn and adapt based on feedback and guidance.
