Candidates should hold a university degree and possess 2 to 5 years of work experience in sales, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment or a customer-facing role such as at a consulting firm. Fluency in German and English is required, along with a strong ability to understand customer needs and decision processes quickly. Candidates should be process-driven and have a good understanding of technology, as well as a passion for the future of work and continuous learning.
The Account Executive will take full ownership of critical steps in the sales cycle, including prospecting, conducting platform demos, negotiating, and closing deals. They will manage opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework, build stakeholder relationships, and maintain pipeline management with accurate CRM data hygiene. Responsibilities also include accurate forecasting, nurturing postponed or closed lost leads, and becoming a product and industry expert for consultative selling.
