Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of selling into RCM organizations, healthcare billing companies, or revenue cycle teams. They must have a strong understanding of revenue cycle management (RCM), medical billing, coding processes, and healthcare finance operations, and experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is required, along with a data-driven approach to sales.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals with RCM organizations, and develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand SuperDial’s presence within the RCM and healthcare financial services space. They will build deep relationships with C-suite executives, RCM leaders, billing teams, and operational stakeholders, educate potential customers on SuperDial’s AI-driven solutions, generate and nurture high-quality leads to drive revenue growth, and work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
