A strong understanding of flight planning, meteorology, and international logistics is necessary, along with excellent communication, diplomatic, and persuasive skills, especially under pressure. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments is essential.
The Account Executive II will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value aviation clients, building trust and providing personalized support to ensure flawless trip execution. They will offer consultative guidance on trip support services, identify opportunities for service expansion, and collaborate with operations teams. Responsibilities also include leading client presentations, providing after-hours and weekend support when required, and occasionally traveling for client meetings and industry events.
