Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a Software Developer in Test or Quality Engineer. Proficiency is required in identifying and diagnosing defects across WebRTC (Rust), Backend (Ruby), and Frontend (Typescript), along with experience in developing and executing regression test plans and creating/maintaining test cases. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other SDETs for cross-platform releases and skills in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting E2E tests are also necessary.
The Software Developer in Test will ensure the quality and reliability of every release by identifying and isolating issues across the platform. This role involves developing and maintaining thorough test plans, optimizing end-to-end testing processes, and continuously improving testing processes and frameworks. Responsibilities include updating and creating test cases, investigating automated test usage, improving platform E2E tests, and reviewing product specifications for upcoming features.
