Requirements

  • Native in Spanish with full professional proficiency in English
  • +2 years experience in Go to Market teams in a SaaS company or at least 1 year experience as an AE (mandatory)
  • Successful track record of closing net new business and generating your own pipeline through prospection
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED / MEDDIC (a bonus)
  • Proactive, driven sales approach to identify and communicate business pains and outcomes, drive urgency and take end-to-end ownership for quota attainment
  • Demonstrable organizational and time management skills
  • Competitive and driven to achieve goals, build new skills and bring new ideas on how to do things faster and better

Responsibilities

  • Manage prospects from qualified lead to closing
  • Position and articulate the Aircall value proposition to small and medium businesses
  • Educate prospects through complex sales-cycles in order to create excitement and enthusiasm
  • Crush your quota and deliver revenue
  • Work side by side with Sales Development Representatives to identify business opportunities in your pipeline
  • Self prospection to identify new business opportunities through Mesh, networking, social selling, etc
  • Forecast your future revenue achievement and document daily key activity in Salesforce and Gong
  • Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications
