Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with territory management, managing a book of business, prospecting, and business development
  • Superior time management, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong problem analysis, judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and clients
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the housing industry and MRI product lines to effectively discuss solutions

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Identify whitespace opportunities
  • Identify client/prospect solutions
  • Perform product demonstrations
  • Negotiate and close opportunities within an assigned geographic territory
  • Proactively make contact and build relationships with organizations in assigned territory to grow existing and new customer accounts
  • Attend trade shows and promote/perform session talks
  • Assist in preparing software proposals in response to RFPs
