Requirements

Candidates must be based in the APAC region and possess at least 2 years of closing sales experience. Ideally, candidates will speak Mandarin due to covering customers who require Mandarin speakers and have experience with process/playbook selling methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Customer Centric. A hunter mentality, solid sales DNA, appetite for continual learning, and a desire to work for a fast-paced startup with increasing responsibility are essential. Prior experience in Immigration or Legal is preferred but not mandatory. Top performers will have experience working in Immigration or a similar field, strong self-motivation and autonomy, experience in a remote & distributed team, and experience as a co-prime or overlay AE, along with a growth mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will meet or exceed monthly revenue targets by owning the full sales cycle. They will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Deel's Immigration offering and industry trends, build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients to understand requirements and tailor immigration solutions, and work strategically with core Account Executives for a cohesive client experience. Responsibilities also include driving business growth collaboratively with the SDR function, fostering strong relationships within sales, marketing, and product organizations, and maintaining up-to-date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
