Requirements

  • Minimum graduate degree
  • Strong French speaking skills (proficiency certificate required)
  • Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills
  • Prior experience in any customer facing role preferred; sales experience good to have
  • Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs/requirements
  • Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new products and bringing up new ideas
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and end customers
  • Learning mindset and right attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts/regions (especially North America) for a minimum of two years (mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Become the resident expert on the Freshworks platform and sell new customers our cloud-based software
  • Drive new logo acquisitions to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within accounts
  • Build a plan to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction within accounts
  • Create and articulate compelling value conversations with C-Level stakeholders and align with internal stakeholders (AE's, Customer Success, Implementations, Billing, Support, deals teams)
  • Close large, complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholders
  • Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to closure of large complex deals
  • Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate win-win agreements based on value-based selling
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
  • Build strategies and execute plans in assigned territory to generate and maintain 4x pipeline
  • Analyze sales/metrics data from accounts to evolve strategy
  • Assist customers in identifying industry-relevant use cases and educate them for strong business impact
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure satisfaction within accounts
