Requirements

  • Full-stack sales experience capable of owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Ability to engage with prospects in industrial sectors (e.g., Food & Beverage, Metallurgy, textile, mechanical engineering)
  • Comfort interacting with HR executives to CEOs
  • Experience handling B2B sales cycles averaging 6 months with companies of 20-300 employees and average ARR of 150K€

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Drive and close strategic opportunities with prospects in industrial companies
  • Interact with prospects across various roles from HR executives to CEOs
  • Engage with inbound leads and active field marketing in targeted verticals
  • Contribute to scaling the team from current ARR growth (0 to 10M€ in 4 years)
