  • Description: We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive in Nagoya/Tokyo with a successful sales history and determination to excel. You will work with large business clients (employee count of 10,000+), named companies and named group companies, customizing Zoom services to their needs, targeting IT divisions and executives, and driving business growth. This role reports to the Enterprise Sales Manager in Tokyo.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of Account Executive experience in a Technology company.
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in Japanese (Native level). Motivation as a self-starter for understanding English and utilizing translation tools is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience approaching not only IT departments but also LOBs (Line of Business) and proposing system construction proposals to improve business processes.
  • Sales Skills: Proficiency in business forecasting, pipeline development, and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Client Management: Experience in acquiring new clients, growing existing accounts, and managing large-scale projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
