Requirements

  • Three or more years of success in a SaaS sales role, ideally in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related industry
  • A consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in full-cycle sales roles
  • Strong prospecting ability and comfort generating your own pipeline
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
  • High resilience, adaptability, and comfort operating in a rapidly changing environment
  • A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Curiosity and a desire to deeply understand how customers’ businesses run

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective customers, primarily within the trucking and logistics space
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls and product demonstrations with key decision-makers
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and position Rose Rocket as a platform that solves real operational challenges
  • Partner closely with marketing and solutions teams to deliver tailored world-class buying experiences and a smooth post-sale transition
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and reporting in CRM
  • Provide feedback from customers to internal teams to help shape product and sales strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with the FDS team to ensure successful implementation of customers and maintain executive-level relationships
  • Stay informed on logistics industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products
  • Manage your book of business, including customer renewals and growth of accounts
