Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a direct quota-carrying role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone
  • Sharp focus on goals and belief that daily, weekly, and monthly activities will help achieve success
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to doing what it takes to be successful in sales; smart, passionate, competitive, and driven to be the best
  • Based in Los Angeles office and available to work onsite five days a week

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify top-of-funnel leads; partner with AEs to identify quality sales opportunities
  • Manage accurate data entry into Salesforce; maintain up-to-date notes on lead qualification and next steps
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social channels; maintain a high level of daily activity
  • Perform qualification and early sales conversations before passing to AEs
  • Understand CK's value propositions and communicate them effectively to potential clients
  • Support market research and lead prioritization based on business criteria and goals
  • Collaborate with AEs to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Shadow Account Executives during negotiation processes to understand pricing methodology, discounting guardrails, and how to ensure sales contribute positively to unit economics
