Requirements

  • 3 to 7 or more years of successful SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR tech, recruiting software, ATS platforms, or talent acquisition solutions
  • A strong track record of consistently exceeding quotas and closing mid-market to enterprise deals
  • Experience selling to HR and Talent Acquisition leaders including CHROs, Heads of People, Talent Directors, and Hiring Managers
  • Comfort operating in a full-cycle B2B sales role that includes both outbound and inbound opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of HR and recruiting workflows (strong plus)
  • A consultative seller who uncovers customer needs and communicates value clearly
  • A self-starter who takes ownership, builds pipeline proactively, and enjoys a fast-moving environment
  • A relationship-builder with confidence and empathy in conversations with senior leaders

Responsibilities

  • Run the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to understand their hiring challenges and present our platform as a meaningful solution
  • Manage a healthy pipeline of both high-velocity deals and longer strategic opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to share insights and support growth
  • Represent the company with professionalism, curiosity, and a strong value-driven approach
