Candidates should be self-starters with a proven track record in sales, preferably in a startup environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong negotiation and closing abilities. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required, and candidates should be highly motivated and driven to succeed. Experience selling into e-commerce, direct to consumer, and/or tax solutions is a plus.
The Account Executive will identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels. They will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients is required, as well as collaborating with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve product offerings. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs is expected, along with providing feedback to the team to help improve products and services.
