Position Overview

EvenUp is a rapidly growing generative AI startup dedicated to leveling the playing field for personal injury victims. Our innovative products assist law firms in achieving faster settlements, higher payouts, and improved outcomes for those in need. We are seeking a motivated Account Executive in New Jersey to execute and refine our sales playbook, from lead generation to closing. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, own their pipeline and outcomes, and are eager to contribute to a mission-driven company. EvenUp is committed to the professional development and enablement of its sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting, including approximately 30 cold calls per day with the objective of generating 3 self-sourced meetings per week.
  • Meet prospects in person 1-3 days per week to build relationships and demonstrate product value.
  • Travel to events and conferences to engage with key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
  • Maintain consistent communication with cross-functional team members.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading an end-to-end sales process, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Team player with a competitive spirit.
  • Commitment to data hygiene and leveraging available tools and resources.
