Candidates should possess at least 3 years of technology sales experience, demonstrating autonomous work habits and the ability to thrive both in-office and remotely. They should also be technologically savvy with a desire to learn new tools, and experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or equivalent sales tools is preferred. Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus.
As an Account Executive, the primary responsibilities include developing a pipeline of restaurants and hospitality groups, mastering the value proposition of the SevenRooms platform to assist operators, conducting meetings and demos both virtually and in person, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to go-live, including contract negotiation and product demonstrations, and building trusted relationships with partners to ensure client success. The role also involves periodically traveling into core markets and collaborating with operational teams to support restaurant onboarding.
