Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
The Account Executive will be responsible for acquiring new partners, expanding the partner base, and selling new software solutions, working in partnership with the broader Sales team to manage the sales cycle from open to close and attracting new business. They will research and analyze potential customers, document findings, coach team members, achieve sales growth targets, qualify leads, negotiate contract terms, and follow ConnectWise’s sales process.
