Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS as an Account Executive or Presales Role, or as a business consultant, with experience in performing complex software/platform demos. Fluent English proficiency is required, along with the ability to establish strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers at all levels, and a passion for meeting prospects in person. Basic elements of HR culture would be a plus.
The Account Executive will be responsible for signing new logos and driving revenue on English speaking markets, focusing on the mid-market segment, leading opportunities from demo to closing, leading responses to requests for proposals, growing their network with HR & training decision-makers, and developing the best sales strategies to close deals. Within one month, they will familiarize themselves with the team, 360Learning, and its processes, and take part in customer meetings. Within three months, they will perform their first product demonstration, ensure accurate reporting, and become knowledgeable in Learning & Development market trends. Within six months, they will build a solid network, attend trade shows, process inbound projects, and meet their quarterly targets. Within twelve months, they will contribute as a subject-matter expert, improve the sales playbook, and tackle more complex deals.
