Job Description

Xplor Pay is seeking an Account Executive for outside sales in Mobile, AL. In this role, you will make a significant impact daily by enriching our customers' experiences through every conversation, code line, and interface.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
  • Collaborating with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new businesses.
  • Managing your pipeline and daily tasks/appointments using Salesforce.
  • Preparing presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.
  • Closing sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet minimum requirements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, demonstrating a true hunter mentality.
  • Alignment with Xplor's four core values and a strong sense of integrity.
